Deloitte
Company Description
With more than 3000 employees Deloitte is the largest audit and consultancy firm in Denmark. We tailor solutions across Audit, Tax, Financial Advisory Services, Enterprise Risk Services, and Consulting.
Finance Transformation is Deloitte's leading finance consulting service, helping clients across the CFO spectrum operate, optimize, and transform their finance functions. We thrive on client impact and continuous innovation.
The Reporting & Analytics team
As a part of the Finance Transformation department, our overall purpose in the Reporting & Analytics team is to deliver value to our clients by being the bridge between finance and technology. This may include working with management reporting, process automation, data modeling and data visualization. We primarily work with four core tools: Excel & VBA, Power Apps & Power Automate, Power BI & Power Query and FinanceAI, but we are continuously exploring new tools and applications relevant to the market.
Our team consists of passionate associate analysts and experienced consultants who will enable your development through close collaboration and mentorship.
If you would like to be part of a multicultural team that values collaboration and continuous personal development, we believe we are a match for you. You will have the chance to shape your own path based on your strengths, preferences, and development opportunities. You will be assigned a personal Talent Manager, who will serve as your development coach.
Job Description
Exciting tasks await you
As an associate analyst, you'll work on client-facing and internal projects - designing dashboards that drive decisions, automating processes, and building financial models. Through close collaboration with experienced consultants, you will see the real impact of your work and develop a portfolio of finance projects that will give you a strong foundation for your career.
Your primary tasks will include:
- Development of financial models and reporting applications
- Optimization and automation of financial processes
- Exploration of emerging technologies and their application to finance challenges
We expect you to work approximately 20 hours per week but will of course adjust your tasks according to your studies and exams.
Qualifications
We are looking for people who have a genuine interest in finance and who are curious about tech, eager to explore the combination of the two. Your line of study and prior experience are not the most important factors. We are more interested in your problem-solving skills combined with a proactive, structured, and curious personality.
You are also:
- Either a first-year master's program student or a last-year bachelor's program student
- Interested in learning (or already familiar with) our core tools (see above)
- Interest in or basic understanding of financial concepts (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow, KPIs)
- An excellent communicator in both oral and written English
Programming experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
Even if you do not see yourself in all the bullets above, we still encourage you to apply if you believe your skills can make an impact on our team.
