LTA Program Management-Student Assistant (Early Careers)

We are looking for a student assistant to support the LTA Program Management team. Given the speed and breadth of the transformation agenda, this role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in global program management, operational excellence, and change management.
As our new student assistant, you will play an important role in supporting the structure, communication, and execution of the LTA program. You will be part of a fast-paced project environment with exposure to senior stakeholders and complex transformation initiatives.
As a student in Maersk, you will gain valuable experience from a global company while working in a collaborative and international setting.
You will be working out of our office in Esplanaden, providing support for 15-20 hours/ week with flexibility around exams period.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the LTA Program Manager in gathering inputs for status reporting and controls tracking (e.g., weekly/monthly reporting, process standardization tracking)
- Maintain and organize shared team spaces and repositories (e.g., SharePoint, Teams), ensuring clear structure and up-to-date materials
- Support the maintenance of the LTA roadmap, tracking milestones, timelines, and dependencies across initiatives
- Help structure and maintain sprint cadence documentation and ways of working, ensuring consistent tracking of deliverables and progress
- Contribute to building and enhancing program frameworks to strengthen governance, execution, and overall program maturity
- Support cross-functional communication between LTA and Global Sales teams, ensuring alignment, clear messaging, and proactive stakeholder engagement
- Organize and structure agendas for recurring forums (e.g., Sales communication calls, weekly team calls), and support the facilitation of selected sessions to ensure effective discussions, clear outcomes, and strong stakeholder alignment
- Perform ad hoc analysis and research to support ongoing process improvements and decision-making
We are looking for:

- Basic experience or exposure to project/program management is an advantage
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint); ability to structure data and support reporting is key
- Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint) is beneficial
- Curiosity and interest in process improvement, transformation, and change management
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
To be considered for this position, you must be in the final semester of your Bachelor's with an intent to start Master's degree right after at a Danish University and based in Copenhagen.
