Student Assistant for Group Strategy and Business Development

Your future team:
Joining us at our HQ in Hedehusene, you become part of our Group Strategy and Business Development team. Here, you will be welcomed by an ambitious and dedicated team, who owns the Group strategy, drives top priority projects, and assists senior management with various analyses.

What you will be doing:
Stepping into this very independent role, you will get the chance to drive your own projects. Doing so, you will strengthen your project management skills and put your ability to motivate others and drive change to good use as you interact with stakeholders across our organisation.

More specifically, you can look forward to:

• Conducting market and competitor research
• Developing various strategic analyses
• Creating models and frameworks to guide senior management decisions
• Driving the strategy process as well as tracking and reporting progress on the Group strategy
• Preparing meeting materials for the Board and senior management

Moreover, you can look forward to engaging collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation.

We cannot lie: You will have a steep learning curve ahead of you – luckily, we also guarantee that you will receive lots of feedback from your manager, who is always available for you to bounce ideas off.

What you bring:
To succeed, you will need to be curious, proactive and have a strong drive. You enjoy problem-solving and possess solid analytical capabilities. You also need to know when to stand your ground, and how to persuade and inspire your surroundings, and when to be flexible.

Together, these skills are what enable you to answer challenging questions, solve complex problems, and navigate at different levels of an organisation.

Moreover, we imagine that you:

• Are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree
• Have an organised approach to the task at hand – and ability to work with and systematise complex material
• Love data and creating actionable insights
• Are an Excel superuser
• Are well versed in Microsoft Office tools and apps, including PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint

You will work around 20 hours per week, and we are flexible around exams.

Compensation & Benefits:
Bachelor students: 160 DKK/hour
Master students: 175 DKK/hour
Transportation allowance: 1000 DKK/month
