The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Assistant in the SAP S/4HANA Transformation Program, you will support one of our global process teams or one or more of our Cross Functional Teams (IT), and work closely with Team Leads and key stakeholders. The role is operational and supportive, giving you hands‑on exposure to a large‑scale global transformation program.
In this role, you’ll make an impact by:
- Assisting team leads with process documentation using SIGNAVIO
- Supporting project management and follow‑up activities
- Cloud ALM housekeeping and reporting
- Organizing and coordinating global meetings and workshops
- Collaborating with cross‑functional and international teams
- Using Excel and PowerPoint for documentation and presentations
What You’ll Need to Be Successful
To succeed in this role, we expect that you:
- Currently are enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program (e.g. life science, technology, engineering, business administration, or similar)
- Are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (must‑have)
- Work in a structured way
- Are a strong communicator
- Are proficient in English and Danish
- Are motivated, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working in a global environment
Additional Skills & Interests We Value
While not required, it is a plus if you:
- Have familiarity with process management or BPM
- Have an interest in ERP systems or large transformation programs
- Have knowledge of Cloud ALM or Azure DevOps, PowerBI and Sharepoint
- Enjoy working with stakeholders across functions and cultures

Working Conditions
- The position is based near DTU in Lyngby
- The role is primarily on‑site, with collaboration in a global setup
- Working hours are flexible and adjusted to your studies
- The work is office‑based and does not involve physical labor
