Student helper to support research related to the eco-design of power electronics

AAU Energy is looking for a student helper to support research related to the eco-design of power electronics. CirclePE has developed an optimisation tool to aid in the design of grid tied inverters. Different optimisation targets can be set, which would lead to different designs. The different designs should be executed and tested for comparison. The position requires knowledge in hardware development including:

• EDA tools for PCB design
• Magnetics
• PCB and components procurement
• Soldering/laboratory experience
