We are looking for a project assistance with all organizational aspects of a real estate construction project.

Are you currently studying real estate, architecture, civil engineering, a related field or accounting/management in greater Copenhagen area? Do you perhaps have some initial experience with project work in general and strong organizational skills?

Then more important than your specific field of study are your project management skills and your ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently. You enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders, but you are also comfortable taking ownership of tasks when priorities are high and everyone having a busy day?

You will play an important role in:

• Supporting an international project team working on an exciting campus development project.
• Helping to plan, coordinate and document project activities, meetings and schedules.
• Supporting financial administration, including invoice tracking and coordination.
• Communicating and coordinating with project team members and stakeholders.
• Helping the team stay on track with timelines and key milestones.
• Bringing in fresh ideas and contributing to continuous improvements along the way.

We imagine that you:

• Are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree (min. 5th semester) or have recently started your Master's programme, ideally have around 2 years left in your studies.
• Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken. Danish is a nice bonus.
• ️️Are curious about project work, financial task and how exciting real estate development projects come to life.
• Enjoy bringing structure to complexity, keeping track of details and juggling also multiple tasks without losing the overview.
• Like working with different people, building relationships, and contributing to a collaborative and international team environment.
• Feel comfortable using Microsoft Office tools such as Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint. If you've worked with SAP before, that's a plus but not a must.
• Are eager to learn and ready to take ownership of your tasks while having fun along the way.
