TEK Education is a department under The Faculty of Engineering. It consists of 31 employees and is organized in three teams across Sønderborg and Odense.
You will be employed in Team Student Recruitment and Internationalization.
Your workplace will be in Sønderborg.
As a student assistant in the team, you will work on tasks such as:
- Coordination of recruitment activities
- Practical help with events
- Responsible for status of materials
- Ad-hoc office tasks such as packing and sending materials, organizing school outreach materials etc.
To be considered for the job, you must be a student at SDU Sønderborg. We would like to employ you if you:
- Can work independently and structured
- Pay attention to details and take responsibility for your tasks.
- Can meet deadlines and keep appointments.
- Have excellent written competencies in English.
- Have good IT competencies (Excel)
- Have a driving license

The position is limited to 1 year with the possibility for extension.

Please note, the selected candidate as Student Assistant or Academic Supervisor must be enrolled as student at SDU.
Employment shall take place in accordance with the framework agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK.
In case you have not yet had an examination at SDU, the enrollment confirmation instead of the exam transcript must be annexed your application.
Application must include cover letter, CV and transcript of grades. All documents in connection with the application should not contain CPR number (civil registration number) – in that case, the CPR number must be crossed out.
