Quadsat in Odense is seeking a dedicated and creative intern with a strong graphical mindset to assist our MARCOM Manager. In this role, you will take part in various tasks ranging from designing brochures, leaflets, campaign material, video editing, and exhibition material.

Your main focus will be assisting with the development and maintenance of our Quadsat website with a strong emphasis on design consistency, user experience, and clear brand communication.

This role offers a great opportunity to build strong professional graphic skills while contributing to Quadsat’s future brand image. You will be part of a dynamic environment with a high level of involvement, hands-on and responsibility.

This opportunity is for a fulltime paid internship based at our HQ in Odense, Denmark. We expect a start in September 2026 and a minimum duration of 4-5 months, (in accordance with your educational program’s requirements).

Responsibilities
As Marketing Intern, you will work closely with the MARCOM Manager on diverse marketing tasks, with graphic design at the heart of your role. On a typical day, your responsibilities will include:

• Graphic design for the Quadsat website
• Graphic design of brochures
• Exhibition material – campaigns, exhibitions walls etc.
• Set up templates for datasheets
• Image editing and processing
• SoMe content creation
• SharePoint design
• Ad hoc tasks

Skills & Experiences
We envision that you are currently enrolled in a Marketing, Graphic Design, Product Design, or similar educational program and have a genuine interest and passion for graphic design. If you also have an interest in technical products and solutions, that would just be the cherry on top of the cake.

In addition, you have:

• Knowledge of video editing software
• Strong skills and experience with both Canva and Photoshop
• Experience with WordPress and Divi Builder is an advantage.

Furthermore, we expect that you are:

• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Detail oriented and precise in writing and reviewing content.
• Focused, driven, proactive and comfortable to take ownership of your work.
• Enthusiastic and have a high energy level to jump into many tasks across the organization
• A good team player, responsible and ambitious
• Structured, and like working within processes
