Your new role
As student assistant in GPS Operations DK you will support the team with a variety of tasks related to pharmacovigilance operations, compliance, individual case safety report handling, and administrative support.
The role will give you valuable insight into pharmacovigilance operations in a global pharmaceutical company, as well as experience with working in a highly regulated area where quality, accuracy, and timelines are essential.
Your future team
GPS Operations DK is part of Lundbeck’s Global Patient Safety organization within R&D. Global Patient Safety is responsible for the safety and pharmacovigilance of Lundbeck’s medicinal products used by patients globally.
You will join a dedicated team working with the handling and oversight of safety information, including individual case safety reports.
We collaborate closely with colleagues across Global Patient Safety and other functions, both locally and globally. Our work requires attention to detail, collaboration, and a strong focus on timelines and quality. You will become part of a supportive team with an informal tone, a strong sense of responsibility, and colleagues who take pride in contributing to patient safety.
What you bring to the team
We imagine that you are in the 1st or 2nd year of your studies. The discipline of your studies is not decisive, but could be within life sciences, health sciences, pharmacy, public health, administration, or another relevant or structured discipline.
You are curious to learn, motivated by working in a specialized and regulated area, and comfortable with tasks, where accuracy, quality, and process adherence are important.
In addition, it is important that you are:
- Structured, conscientious, and detail-oriented
- Curious to learn and willing to take on new tasks
- Comfortable working with administrative and process-related tasks
- Digital savvy and interested in learning new systems and tools
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- A confident user of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
We expect you to be able to work approximately 8–15 hours per week.
