Are you motivated by turning insights into concrete actions that create a more diverse and inclusive workplace? At DEIF, we are looking for an HR Intern to support our work with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) during the autumn semester.

About the role
As an HR Intern, you will take part in developing and advancing our DEI agenda, with a specific focus on turning strategic ambitions into concrete actions.

You will work with one of our key priorities about setting diversity targets for selected employee groups and initiate an action plan for 1-2 areas. Your role will be to support the establishment of these targets and help shape the initiatives that will enable us to reach them.

You will be supported by the HR team throughout the process while having responsibility for your own tasks and deliverables.

The position is located in our Headquarters in Skive, but we offer the possibility of housing during your internship.

Your main responsibilities

  • Analyse existing people data and identify relevant focus areas
  • Gather additional insights, knowledge, and external perspectives on DEI
  • Support the definition of targets for selected employee groups
  • Develop concrete and actionable plans to help achieve these targets

Your profile
You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme and are required to complete an internship as part of your studies. Your field of study could be within HR, organisational psychology, sociology, business administration, or a similar discipline.

You have a strong interest in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and are motivated by understanding how organisations can create more inclusive and balanced workplaces. You are curious and eager to learn, enjoy working analytically with data, and are able to translate insights into structured and actionable initiatives. You take ownership of your tasks, work independently, and communicate clearly in English, both in writing and verbally.
