Our technologies are used in hospitals, clinics, and research institutions across the world to support the treatment and investigation of neurological and psychiatric disorders, including depression and chronic pain.
As our global activities continue to grow, we are expanding our Product Management team and are looking for a motivated and structured Student Assistant to support several exciting initiatives within our product portfolio.

About the role
As a Product Management Student Assistant, you will become part of our global Product Management team at our headquarters in Farum.
You will work closely with Product Managers and collaborate across departments including R&D, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs, Operations, and Commercial teams.
The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience with product management in a regulated MedTech environment and to develop a broad understanding of how products are managed throughout their lifecycle - from development and launch to commercial support and continuous improvement.
This is a highly collaborative and operational role with exposure to many parts of the organization.
Tasks
You will support the Product Management team in ongoing product development activities and gain exposure to the entire product lifecycle. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting Product Managers with day-to-day coordination and documentation activities across development projects
- Maintaining and updating product documentation, development records, and internal systems
- Preparing presentations, project documentation, meeting materials, and internal communications
- Coordinating follow-up activities across Product Management, R&D, QA/RA, and other cross-functional teams
- Collecting, organizing, and structuring technical, customer, and stakeholder feedback to support product improvements
- Supporting alignment of User Needs, Requirements, and Risk Management files to establish clear traceability across the product development process
- Helping plan, update, and maintain usability documentation, as well as supporting usability testing activities
- Conducting and documenting verification and validation activities for specific product lines.
Qualifications
We acknowledge a broad set of backgrounds, but typically look for:
- Are currently enrolled in a relevant university program such as Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Health Technology, Business & Technology, Innovation Management, or a similar field
- Have approximately 1–2 years remaining in your studies
- Are highly structured and detail-oriented
- Communicate confidently in English, both written and spoken
- Enjoy coordinating tasks and collaborating with different stakeholders
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Are curious about medical technology and innovation
- Have experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Have an interest in medical technology, product development, and innovation.
