The job involves
You will work with experienced communicators to produce reels. You should be up for being both in front of and behind the camera, which is typically an iPhone - bubbled up with some good sound and good light.
You should be able to edit video basics, and you want to learn more. You'll be part of a creative team with a high regard for producing for social media. Working with SoMe at SDU also requires a good sense of how a university can communicate. You will be involved in dialogues about this.

SDU's central communication department, which among other things runs all of SDU's major verified channels on SoMe. We are located at Campusvej 55 in Odense.
Salary, employment and questions
You will be paid (5 hours per week, 16 weeks per semester) under SDU's Communications Department according to the current collective agreement (HK student rate). Working hours are flexible and are jointly organised in consideration of your studies. However, it is a requirement that you are able to come into the office (in-person meeting) at least once a week during normal office hours. Working from home is also a possibility to a limited extent.
Attach a video application of maximum 1 minute on a link we can access until the 10th of July, a CV with relevant experience + any examples of relevant production or public profiles on social media no later than 5th of July at 23:59 which is the application deadline.
Interviews will be held immediately afterwards.
Start: late August/early September.

Please note, the selected candidate as Student Assistant or Academic Supervisor must be enrolled as student at SDU.
Employment shall take place in accordance with the framework agreement between the Ministry of Finance and HK.
In case you have not yet had an examination at SDU, the enrollment confirmation instead of the exam transcript must be annexed your application.
Application must include cover letter, CV and transcript of grades. All documents in connection with the application should not contain CPR number (civil registration number) – in that case, the CPR number must be crossed out.
