Defying traditional product categories, our products serve and span the professional and private lighting markets for both indoor and outdoor applications. We are represented all over the world and now we are looking for a Student Assistant for our Customer Service & Commercial Operations department.
About the Role
You will be joining our Customer Service team, supporting our 15 full-time employees and our customers around the world across order management, claims handling and logistics.
This is a part-time position where you will work from our vibrant office in Copenhagen. We expect you to work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods.
You will report directly to our Process Manager, Elena Burtscher.
Your responsibilities
- Claims Management: Process and track customer claims through to resolution, keeping customers informed and satisfaction high
- Order Processing: Enter and manage customer orders in SAP with precision, ensuring accuracy at every step
- Logistics: Schedule return shipments and handle invoices for non-EU shipments in a timely manner to keep cross-border logistics on track
- Pricelist Coordination: Prepare Excel-based pricelists ahead of new collection launches
- Team Support: Pitch in on operational and administrative tasks as priorities shift across the team
We are looking for
- Fluent in English plus at least one of the following languages: Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, German, or Dutch
- Proactive and solution-minded
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Comfortable working across multiple systems
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize effectively
