Legal Student Assistant for Legal and Contract Management at NNIT
Do you want to combine your academic studies with real life experience in an international IT environment?

As a legal student assistant in Legal and Contract Management you will become a part of a team responsible for assisting our business in contract negotiations, contract management, compliance tasks and many other both smaller and larger interesting tasks within the legal area.

Your primary responsibilities:

• Handling of the contract archive including electronic archiving of contracts
• Support the validation of signed contracts, including internal follow-up with line of business etc.
• Assist in reviews of Non-Disclosure Agreements, other contract types and legal documents
• Assist in business registration activities and related administration of NNIT’s international subsidiaries
• Assist in Contract Management, e.g. changes, obligation identification, interpretations, disputes, compliance and follow-up
• Assist the legal team with other ad hoc tasks/legal tasks

The position is approximately 15 hours per week, based at our Copenhagen Headquarter at Weidekampsgade 14, Islands Brygge (Copenhagen).

Ideally you:

• Are studying for either ba.jur./cand.jur. or HA(jur.)/Cand.merc.(jur.)
• Have an interest in optimization, business understanding and is a top performer
• Are structured, possess strong analytical skills and is a team player
• Have an interest in IT law, NIS2, AI Act and GDPR
