We are looking for a student assistant to join the Commercial Audiology team at Demant’s Headquarters in Smørum, Denmark. We work as the multi-brand clinical audiology unit for Oticon, Bernafon and Philips, with the task of defining and testing clinical audiological solutions and delivering evidence to support the company’s audiological and clinical approach. As the clinical audiology team within the brand teams, we work in close collaboration with various teams within a large global marketing set-up, as well as with stakeholders positioned in other audiology teams within the organisation. Together, we work on developing and communicating evidence for hearing aid benefits, and our student assistants are an essential part of the team.
The role
As a student assistant, your tasks will vary from day to day. You will be given the autonomy to work on some projects on your own, as well as the opportunity to assist in group projects. Your key responsibilities may include:
- Recruiting and booking test participants
- Performing hearing assessments, hearing aid fittings and troubleshooting
- Conducting literature reviews
- Ordering materials
- Taking part in clinical research projects
- Carrying out technical measurements
The work environment
It is important that you can work independently and in a structured manner and are not afraid to reach out with questions when needed. You can expect:
- An average workload of 1-2 days per week
- Flexibility around exam periods
- The office language is English, and we are an international team
- You must also speak fluent Danish to participate in clinical work.

About you

You should therefore display the following skills:

- The ability to prioritise incoming tasks.
