The job

Here’s what the job entails
As a Junior Quantitative Analyst, you will support the eTrading team with automation, analysis and operational tasks, with a focus on Transaction Cost Analysis and algo monitoring. You will act as a subject matter expert in your projects and be a to-go person for analytical support. You will gain valuable experience within the field of electronic trading, energy markets and advanced modelling.

  • handling ad hoc coding and analytical tasks

The team

You will join the Gas & Power eTrading team, where we work to unify, streamline and scale execution capabilities across commercial units and generate profit using market microstructure-driven signals. The team has a cross-market focus and aims to scale up execution activities across different asset classes and products.

We are a team of quants working closely together with software developers, data engineers, traders and other quantitative teams. We are curious, dedicated and highly analytical profiles, and we apply a scientific approach to problem-solving, fostering innovation, exploring and testing new ideas, while at the same time challenging current approaches. Everyone in the team has market exposure and real impact on trading success.
