Intern - Marketing & Communication

At KK Group, we are on a journey to strengthen how we communicate and engage across our global organisation. As part of this journey, we are developing and preparing the launch of a new internal communications platform to enable clearer, more structured, and user-friendly communication across the business.
We are looking for a curious young person who wants to get a peek into what it is like to work alongside communications- and marketing professionals in an international company. As an Intern within Group Communication & Marketing, you will be dedicated to the key internal communication project and play an important role in supporting the development and implementation of a new and future-ready platform. We need your perspective, your curiosity, and can-do attitude while you work hands-on with gathering input from internal stakeholders, structuring feedback, translating complex information into clear, intuitive communication that meets user needs, and then help turn this into site and page concepts.

This is an internship for Fall 2026. Working alongside an experienced communications specialist, you will gain hands-on experience by contributing to a key digital communications initiative. You will develop skills in internal communications, stakeholder management, content development, platform improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in an international company.

Responsibilities

• Support mapping and restructuring of intranet content
• Assist in ideation, architecting and developing structures and content
• Help define governance principles and content ownership
• Gather input from stakeholders and end users
• Support preparations for platform launch through communications and campaign- and training materials

If you want to do more, internal communications also run the global news, support multiple campaigns and the quarterly global town halls, so plenty of experience to build within writing, planning, executing, and being creative!

Our requirements

• You are currently studying Communication, Digital Media, Digital Design or similar and would like to apply your acquired skills and thinking in real-world settings
• You have a natural desire to structure and organise because you will meticulously keep track of progress and provide proactive updates
• You make sense for yourself and others by turning complexity into clarity, simplifying processes and content
• You have a basic understanding of digital platforms and would love to try and shape corporate communications through conceptual digital approach
• While familiarity with SharePoint is considered an advantage, fresh perspectives on for example social communication tools and particularly AI is welcomed
• You have no problem building your impact by gradually accepting ownership of tasks and follow them through, driving deliverables end-to-end
• You must be comfortable reaching out to stakeholders for input
