Student– AI Adoption & Enablement M/F

As an AI Adoption Associate – Learning & Enablement, you will play a key role in empowering colleagues across the organisation to adopt AI in their daily work. You will act as a coach, facilitator, and trusted go-to person, helping employees turn curiosity into real impact.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 coaching sessions to support employees in using AI tools effectively
• Help colleagues identify relevant AI use cases in their daily work
• Support employees in prompt design and workflow optimization
• Develop and facilitate engaging AI training sessions and workshops
• Create practical guides, playbooks, and best practices for AI usage
• Organize support sessions, and learning activities
• Support community building and engagement across AI Adoption initiatives
• Help identify barriers to adoption and support change initiatives

Our requirements

• Currently studying within Business, Digital Innovation, AI, Data Science, Computer Science, or similar
• Large Language Model (LLM) understanding and advanced prompt engineering skills
• Strong interest in AI, learning, and behavioral change
• Comfortable facilitating sessions and coaching others
• Curious, proactive, and not afraid to engage with stakeholders
• Experience with AI tools (e.g. Copilot (M365 copilot, Claude, ChatGPT or similar)
