As our new Student Worker you'll join the Legal team based in Copenhagen, reporting to our Senior Legal Counsel, working to keep Lunar on the right side of the law as we grow.

What will you do?

• Handle customer complaints end-to-end — investigating cases, drafting responses, and making sure deadlines and regulatory obligations are met every time
• Prepare and coordinate case materials for matters before the Danish Financial Complaints Board, including drafting Lunar's submissions and responses
• Support the wider Legal team with research, document and agreement review, and maintaining internal procedures
• Contribute to our work across consumer law, GDPR, and anti-money laundering as the need arises
• Help improve our internal complaints handling process along the way — if you spot something that could work better, we want to hear it

What are we looking for in you?

• You've completed the first year of your Bachelor of Law (or equivalent) and can work 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility around exam periods
• Fluent or highly proficient in both Danish and English, written and spoken
• Structured and detail-oriented, with a track record of managing deadlines effectively
• A clear communicator who can translate legal requirements into something useful for colleagues outside the legal field
• A can-do attitude — equally happy diving into a new challenge or seeing a routine task through properly
