Core Responsibilities

  • Design and develop Project Portfolio reports in Power app and/or BI.
  • Support the Project Portfolio and data tracking on our projects
  • Create KPI structure in Power app and/or BI
  • Support on data analysis and visualizations
  • Develop and maintain Project Portfolio Management System
  • Drive collaboration and development with internal stakeholders

The overall focus of the Mould Qualification and Assembly organisation is to deliver best-in-class mould solutions—driving excellence in both development and industrialization. Our scope includes:

  • 1. Mould assembly and disassembly, with a focus on sustainability
  • 2. Mould and process qualification, including new technologies and methods
  • 3. Continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making

We want to enhance our digital cabilities to develop our program and KPI structure for the future.

The objective of our Development function is to provide a structured program management and KPI overviews for our leaders showing how single projects are progressing (KPI structure included) and support the strategy.

The purpose of this position is to enable leader in Mould Qualficitation Development to have easy access to KPI’s, project data, progress and how projects support our strategy.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s or Master student in an IT or business related field.
  • Advanced Excel incl. python.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, PowerApps and Power Automate.
  • Experienced with AI.
  • Knowledge about Lean Six Sigma, incl. Data foundation and Data analysis.
  • Knowledge about Machine Learning.
  • Knowledge within quality systems.
  • Good understanding of SharePoint.
  • Solid process development skills enabled by strong structure and organization skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex/detailed information in a simple and visual way – fluent English.
  • Customer driven and service minded.
  • Person must thrive juggling multiple tasks in a dynamic environment with many stakeholders, have a good sense of humor and an accommodating personality.
  • Knowledge on portfolio management and portfolio analysis/reporting.
  • Ability to combine and reuse knowledge into new ideas.
  • Ability to take initiative and act on opportunities.
  • Cross-functional collaboration.
