A Snapshot of Your Day
Join our dynamic Digital Solutions team as a Student Worker for Construction Application Support, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of a critical system used across all our offshore projects. Imagine providing first- and second-level support, resolving user issues, and directly contributing to the efficiency of our global project operations. You will engage with users, manage system configurations, and handle data management tasks, all while collaborating with supportive colleagues in a vibrant environment that values open communication and continuous learning. Your work will not only enhance daily operations but also support our mission of delivering sustainable energy solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for a core construction application through tickets, email, and calls, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Set up new projects in the internal system according to project-specific requirements, while maintaining and updating configurations and user access.
• Utilize Excel to clean, modify, and structure data, preparing and managing data mappings to ensure system accuracy.
• Support the development and enhancement of internal tools, such as PowerApps, contributing to automation initiatives and process improvements.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s programme, preferably in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related technical field, though other fields of study are also welcome.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data handling.
• A strong problem-solving mindset and a structured, detail-oriented approach.
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in an international team.

About the team
Our team is based in Vejle and meets at the office several times each week. We are an international group of seven colleagues who value collaboration, openness, and a supportive atmosphere. We work closely together and also enjoy socializing outside of work from time to time.
