Intern, Employee Engagement and Internal Communication
Stibo Systems
Intern, Internal Communication & Employee Engagement
Are you curious about what makes people feel engaged and able to do their best work? Do you enjoy telling stories and turning ideas into action? Then this internship might be a great fit.
At Stibo Systems, you’ll join a global tech company where people, culture, leadership and communication genuinely matter. As our Internal Communication & Employee Engagement Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience with internal communication, employee engagement, leadership communication, organisational behaviour, and the tools that help bring it all to life.
“This internship is an ideal opportunity if you want to understand how communication shapes culture, how leadership messages land, and how employee feedback can be turned into meaningful action. You’ll have space to learn, test ideas, ask questions, and build practical experience; with guidance and mentoring along the way. And just as importantly, I hope you’ll bring your own curiosity, questions, and fresh perspective.”
- Geet Shroff, Employee Engagement Manager
What you’ll be part of
You’ll join the People & Culture team. From our headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark, you’ll help support communication and engagement activities that reach employees across our global organisation.
What you’ll be doing
There will be a great mix of tasks you will get to play with through your internship and even though varied in nature, all tasks are aimed at one goal: better employee experience.
- Build content for internal channels such as Viva Engage, Virtual All Hands and our intranet, SharePoint
- Learn and contribute to topics such as recognition, workload, growth and see how they influence employee experience
- Explore smart ways of integrating AI in our existing communication channels and rituals
- Tell meaningful stories about our employees in various formats
Approximate period of internship is end of August until December. Please note, this is an unpaid internship.
