Here is your chance to use your structured approach to work as part of the Clinical Supply team. With your excellent organization skills, your structured and systematic work style, and ability to support key Clinical Studies, you will help drive operational excellence for clinical supply and support on-time delivery of our clinical study projects.

Hours: 7-15 hours a week depending on your schedule, exams and so on.
Starting time: 3rd August

Salary: Solid hourly pay based on your seniority in your studies + other benefits
Assignments: Assist Clinical supply team for various hands-on tasks.

International and cross-functional project management
For our Clinical Supply Team, we are looking for a well- organized, and self-driven student assistant with an interest in medical device development, Clinical Operations and a good understanding of Supply Chain Management.

You will be part of the Clinical, Medical, Safety & Surveillance department in Radiometer, in Copenhagen. Your daily tasks will be directly related to the Clinical Supply Function, including supporting Clinical Supply & Logistics Associates with various hands-on and practical tasks.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Track and check Clinical Warehouse in Radiometer Denmark
  • Room and device temperature check and tracking.
  • Device management, including delivery of device for calibration and updating files.
  • Perform data entry and system updates in Clinical Supply Tracker system based on stock and device reports.
  • Call for meetings and assist in meeting preparations.
  • Place purchase orders for internal & external materials.
  • Assist in preparing clinical trial materials kits for study sites.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Your field of study should preferably be in the field of life science or supply chain management.
  • You must have a very good knowledge of IT tools (Sharepoint, Teams, Excel, Miro, etc).
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Good communication skills.
  • A drive for continuous improvement (in both process and people).
  • Interest in supply chain management.
  • Excellent English skills.
