As a working student, your day begins with a review of the latest updates on the Onshore Global Crane Catalogue, allowing you to prepare a concise summary for the upcoming team meeting. You actively participate in the meeting, discussing ongoing improvement projects and sharing your insights from recent analyses. During lunch, you engage with colleagues in a collaborative brainstorming session, exploring innovative ideas for optimizing crane operations. In the afternoon, you focus on developing a compelling business case for a new crane concept, utilizing PowerPoint to craft an engaging presentation. You take the time to update the SharePoint site with new resources and tools, ensuring that all team members have easy access to the latest information. As the day comes to a close, you diligently track action items from the meeting and prepare agendas for the next day’s discussions, setting the stage for continued progress and collaboration.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Assist in identifying and initiating crane-related improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency
- Improve team performance processes using digital tools like Viva Engage to foster collaboration
- Help create business cases for continuous improvement in crane management, such as innovative tower climbing crane concepts
- Update and optimize the Onshore Global Crane Catalogue to ensure accurate crane applicability and data
- Develop and deliver persuasive business presentations and coordinate meetings to align team efforts
- Leverage O365 tools, including Power Apps and SharePoint, to streamline processes and enhance team productivity
What You Bring
- A business education background with potential technical knowledge in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering
- Strong proficiency in IT applications such as PowerBI, Excel, and SharePoint for effective data management
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities to convey complex information clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting or independently on assigned tasks
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs
