Student Assistants - Customer Experience Operations & Insights
Coloplast
Humlebæk, DK
Job Family: Commercial Support
Country/Region: Denmark
Want to work at the intersection of customer experience, analytics and operational excellence?
This is your chance to help create the structure, insights and quality processes that enable great customer experiences in a global MedTech company.
We are looking for two student assistants to join our Customer Experience organization at HQ in Humlebæk. One of our recent student assistants has just transitioned into a full-time role after two years in the team — and we are now looking for new talent to continue building the function.
In Customer Experience, we work to deliver superior customer experiences and be the trusted partner for our users/patients and healthcare professionals (e.g. nurses).
Join Customer Experience and collaborate across four global teams
You will be part of a newly established Customer Experience organization, working across four teams: User Experience, HCP Experience, Service Operational Excellence, and Digital Marketing & Demand Generation.
Together, we define, develop and implement the future customer experience — from understanding user needs and shaping digital journeys to creating content and enabling scalable solutions across markets. In this role, you will get hands-on experience working across all four teams and learn how different parts of a global commercial organization come together.
Build your commercial understanding and competencies
As a Student Assistant, you will work approx. 15–20 hours per week and support across the department — gaining exposure to a broad range of topics by collaborating across multiple teams, which is a unique opportunity in a student role. You will refer to a manager who will help you prioritize and develop in the role.
Tasks will vary, but are likely to include:
• Supporting content and asset approval processes in PromoMats (Veeva), including uploading documents and coordinating inputs — helping ensure that everything we share externally is accurate, compliant and trusted
• Supporting broader Customer Experience projects across user experience, HCP experience, service operations and digital marketing
• Conducting analyses of patients, healthcare professionals and competitors
• Supporting reporting, data analysis and insight generation
• Supporting the team with administrative and ad hoc tasks
You should expect that approximately 10 hours per week will be dedicated to PromoMats-related tasks. While not every week, this is a recurring and important responsibility. You will receive training in the tool, so prior experience is not required.
An analytical student who enjoys creating structure and quality
You are curious about how processes, systems and data come together to create value. You enjoy creating structure, ensuring quality and finding opportunities for improvement. You take ownership of your work, have a strong attention to detail and are comfortable challenging existing ways of working when there is a better solution.
We imagine that you:
• Are currently studying a bachelor’s or master’s degree within business, marketing, digital, innovation or similar
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and drive work across structured processes
• Comfortable working with content, workflows, approvals, and process optimisation
• Have strong PowerPoint skills
• Are fluent in English, written and spoken
• Have a strong analytical mindset and enjoy understanding patterns and insights
• Experience with Excel, reporting tools or content platforms is an advantage
What we offer
You will become part of a global, purpose-driven organization with strong ambitions for Customer Experience. You will gain hands-on experience working across projects, teams and disciplines — and contribute to work that makes a real difference for users and healthcare professionals.
You will also have the opportunity to be part of Coloplast Young Professionals, a community where students and early-career colleagues connect, network and participate in both professional and social events across the organization.
Working in Humlebæk might feel far from your studies (e.g. in Copenhagen), but Coloplast offers a shuttle bus between the train station and the office. As you get into the role and become more confident in your tasks, you will also have flexibility to work from home when needed — especially during busy periods like exams.
