As an Assistant Project Manager, you will become part of our Litigation Hub in Projects & Innovation, where you will support a wide range of litigation and arbitration cases and contribute to the efficient handling of complex disputes across the firm.

You will work closely with project managers, lawyers, and specialists across Plesner, gaining unique insight into how one of Denmark's leading law firms manages complex litigation and arbitration cases.
Your responsibilities will typically include:
- data processing in either Excel or an eDiscovery platform
- preparing analyses, summaries, and documentation based on large datasets for use in litigation and arbitration proceedings
- conducting research and data analysis to support ongoing cases
- collaborating with colleagues across teams and functions to ensure successful handling of cases.
About you
- you are currently studying for your bachelor's degree; ideally about to begin your third and final year, or about to start your master's degree
- you have relevant experience from your studies or work in an analytical role or have experience working with large datasets
- you have a flair for data analysis and enjoy digging into large amounts of information to identify key patterns and insights while maintaining an eye for detail
- you may have previous experience with database research or eDiscovery
- you are proficient in MS Office – especially Excel – and have a strong interest in GenAI tools, which you will be expected to use daily
- you thrive in a setting where work will range from analytical tasks to routine tasks
- you are curious, eager to learn and enthusiastic about adopting new systems and tools – and a team player who enjoys collaboration
- you communicate clearly and professionally in both Danish and English.
