Student Assistant to the Site Manager in Holeby

We are looking for a Student Assistant to join our team and support the Site Manager and site management with various administrative and communication tasks. The position is based in Holeby or Copenhagen, as the tasks can mostly be done off site.
You will provide broad support to the Site Manager and the site management team and collaborate closely with colleagues across our Danish sites. The role includes both recurring responsibilities and a variety of ad hoc tasks as business needs arise. As part of an international company, you will work in an open and collaborative environment with exciting challenges and learning opportunities.
We expect that you are currently enrolled in a higher education programme within communication, marketing, social media (SoMe), or a related field, and that you are available to work approximately 15–20 hours per week. Occasional attendance at meetings on-site will be required, but the position also offers the flexibility to work from home. We provide flexible working hours throughout the year, including additional flexibility during exam periods.
You will play an important role in:
- Prepare and plan presentations
- Participate in various projects
- Coordinate activities together with colleagues from site CPH & FRH
- Maintain and develop our internal communicating platform
- Assist in external and internal communication
- Arrange events, guest visits etc.
- Various ad hoc tasks
We imagine that you:
- You are able to communicate orally and in writing in English
- You are quality-conscious, service-minded, and a team player
- You have solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, SOME and are comfortable working across multiple platforms
- You are engaged, structured, and able to work independently
- You contribute with a positive mindset and can maintain overview during busy periods
