Job detailsApply

Job description
SOUNDBOKS is an innovative tech company and aspiring lifestyle brand. You may have seen us at a music festival, street party, or your friend’s celebration (think: private events combining festival-grade sound with rhythm-reactive lights) where special moments are turned into memories. We create the loudest, most durable, and arguably coolest Bluetooth speakers and audio reactive lights on the market.

At SOUNDBOKS, trust and community go hand in hand. People are encouraged to take ownership of their work while knowing they have the support of the team behind them. Voices are heard, ideas are welcomed, and collaboration is what pushes us forward.

This is more than a job - it’s a community where people care about each other, celebrate together, and share the energy of creating something meaningful. Life at SOUNDBOKS is bold, fast, and full of passion - for the product, for the mission, and for showing up as your true self. With 70 team members, this is a place where you can do your best work and truly belong.

ROLE PROJECT COORDINATOR

TEAM LEADERSHIP

HOURS FULL TIME, 12-MONTH CONTRACT

LOCATION COPENHAGEN, DENMARK

START DATE SEPTEMBER 15th, 2026

The Leadership Team at SOUNDBOKS sets the strategic direction of the company and represents all areas of the business. As a founder-led team, they are ultimately responsible for the organisation's performance and well-being.

As Project Coordinator to the Leadership Team, you'll help keep the organisation moving by coordinating leadership meetings, supporting strategic planning processes and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. Working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, you'll help turn priorities into action through strong coordination and follow-through, enabling leaders to focus on decision-making and leading the organisation.

Okay, let’s make things a little more concrete. Here’s what we expect your daily life to look like:

  • You'll manage the cadence of Leadership Team, Board, and Extended Management meetings by managing agendas, materials, follow-up, and action tracking.
  • You’ll drive the execution of our quarterly OKR and yearly Tactical Planning processes, ensuring timelines, workshops, deliverables, and cross-functional alignment remain well on track.
  • You'll maintain a clear overview of strategic initiatives, timelines, and key leadership deliverables, keeping priorities moving and ensuring follow-through.
  • You’ll prepare presentations and meeting documentation and coordinate the preparation of materials for the CEO and Leadership Team.
  • You’ll own the planning and coordination of company All Hands meetings, bringing together presenters, content, meeting logistics, and communications.
  • You’ll support the CEO and Leadership Team with administrative and coordination tasks where needed.

Job requirements
In order to become a success in this role, we believe that your profile should be aligned with the bullets listed below. However, we acknowledge that success can take many forms, so please do apply even if you don’t tick all the boxes.

  • You've built around a year or two of experience in project management, business operations, consulting, or a similar role.
  • You take initiative, enjoy working independently, and aren’t afraid to speak up or ask questions when something doesn’t seem right.
  • You have a strong sense of accountability. Following through comes naturally to you, and you're comfortable holding others accountable too - regardless of title.
  • You enjoy bringing structure to complexity and know when to zoom in on the details and when to zoom out.
  • You’ve got excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and know how to communicate effectively with everyone - from the Leadership Team and Board to colleagues across the organisation.
  • You're comfortable leading a room, whether it's a leadership meeting, workshop, or company All Hands, and know how to keep the conversation moving. Ideally you’ve already given it a try!
  • You pick up new tools and systems quickly and enjoy figuring out how they work.

Intrigued? At SOUNDBOKS you’ll find yourself a part of a community. We realise that growth is a process and we don’t expect you to go through it alone. Actually, we guarantee that you won’t have to. We work together in order to work smarter, we inspire each other to be better, and we never forget that every member of the team is responsible for our success.

So, if you’re tired of all of the noise in the job market, we’d love to hear from you. This may be the coolest job you ever have!
