As a Student Assistant, Program Management you will join our Global Marketing team in Kongens Lyngby. You will support a broad range of marketing projects and initiatives, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience in project coordination and creative production support.

This position is only open to students who are studying full-time student at a Danish university whilst employed.

Key responsibilities

• Support coordination of projects and initiatives across Global Marketing
• Assist with planning, tracking, and follow-up on project activities, timelines, and deliverables
• Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to improving processes, tools, and ways of working across Global Marketing
• Prepare materials, updates, and project documentation
• Support coordination of creative productions, including studio shoots
• Assist with execution of creative projects such as campaigns, brochures, and marketing collateral

What you bring
You are structured, proactive, and enjoy working in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. You are curious about Marketing and eager to learn how a global organization operates.

Moreover, you bring:

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Master’s degree with at least one year remaining
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously, as well as collaborate with different stakeholders
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Effective communication skills in English (written and spoken)
• Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Interest in marketing, branding, and creative processes
• Strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel. Experience with project management platforms such as ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana or similar is advantageous.

Reporting to the Program Management Lead, you will support a broad range of marketing activities and projects across Global Marketing. As part of a small and agile team, you will gain exposure to multiple areas of marketing, working closely with different teams and stakeholders across the organization.
