Evening Student Worker for Securities Settlement Tasks

We are looking for one student worker to support our Settlement and Trade Services teams on responsibilities relating to the US/International financial markets for 15 hours per week.
Due to regulatory requirements in the relevant markets, office hours have been extended to include late evening shifts and we have a team supporting our business on all banking days.
In this role, you will be part of our Controls Support team while also supporting our Securities Settlement, Custody Services and Trade Services teams.
You will work in close collaboration with stakeholders, the largest counterparties across the world and colleagues within the Group in the event of trade detail mismatches, any other related requests and solve them effectively.
This position includes shifts from 17.00 to 24.00 CET, shared on a rotation basis within the student worker team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Ensure timely and correct trade release in the US/INT markets by monitoring various settlement queues and systems
- Investigate and solve trade related exceptions
- Keep close collaboration within other teams in the bank

- Attention to detail and structure to ensure accuracy in all tasks

- You have a clear desire to gain experience in the Banking or Financial Services industry and can demonstrate this through either previous experience, relevant studies, and / or a clear desire to learn and progress
