Are you curious about the pharmaceutical industry and eager to gain practical experience while studying? Join our Quality Assurance (QA) department in Kvistgaard as a Student Assistant and get hands-on insight into quality, compliance, data, and documentation in a purpose-driven vaccine company.

Boost Our Team
Our site QA department consists of approximately 40 dedicated colleagues supporting the production at our Kvistgaard site. We work closely with the business to ensure compliance, support continuous improvement, and keep quality at the centre of daily operations.

You will support the QA department with practical and administrative tasks and report to the Head Quality Systems & Compliance. We will introduce you to our systems and processes, so you can gradually take on tasks and build relevant QA experience.

Your Tasks
Your tasks may include:

• Collecting and compiling data from various systems
• Tracking KPIs and supporting follow-up on quality activities
• Updating documentation, records, and overviews
• Supporting audits, inspections, and compliance activities
• Helping with ad hoc tasks and small improvement activities

About You
You do not need previous QA experience, but we imagine that you:

• Are studying, preferably in the last year of a relevant bachelor’s degree
• Enjoy working with data, systems, and documentation
• Are curious, structured, and willing to ask questions
• Can work independently and enjoy being part of a team
• Communicate confidently in Danish and English
• Are comfortable using Microsoft Office; Power BI experience is an advantage
