Dedicated student assistant for Travel Management

Do you want to work in an international company with an open and informal culture? Travel Management at Everllence is looking for a dedicated student assistant who can assist the department's busy employees. With us, the tasks range widely, and there is a possibility that your responsibility follows your development - if this sounds like something for you, then read on!
You will play an important role in:
- Supporting travelers by answering questions related to travel policy, insurance, and bookings for flights, hotels, and car rentals through the Travel Management mailbox.
- Maintaining and updating the intranet with travel-related news, documents, and other relevant information.
- Contributing to ad hoc projects, including supporting the implementation of online systems and process improvements.
- Managing the archiving of credit card applications and coordinating correspondence with external partners such as car rental companies, insurance providers, and other vendors.
The tasks are solved in collaboration with the department's other student assistant and the Travel Management team. Our student assistant will make sure that you are well prepared to handle the above tasks.
We imagine that you:
- Are currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree and are ideally in the early stages of your studies, as we are looking for a long-term commitment.
- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working with a variety of tasks.
- Are able to work independently and have a practical, solution-oriented mindset.
- Possess strong communication skills in English.
- Enjoy collaborating with others and being part of a team-oriented environment.
- Have a service-minded and customer-focused approach.
- Are available to work 2-3 days per week, corresponding to approximately 8-15 hours per week, and can start as soon as possible.

You will become an integral part of Everllence’s Global Travel Management team, a dynamic function dedicated to creating seamless and efficient travel experiences for employees across the organization. In Denmark, the team consists of three fulltime employee and two student assistants who work closely together to ensure that all business travel runs smoothly, aligns with company policies, and leverages our contracted suppliers effectively.
