A Snapshot of Your Day
Join as a Working Student in the Equipment Business Improvement & Strategic Projects team and help support strategic initiatives across a global Equipment organization. You work at the intersection of communication, project management, and business support, contributing to transparency and alignment across teams. You collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to structure and communicate key topics. Your day combines preparing communication materials, coordinating activities, and supporting ongoing projects. You gain valuable exposure to management processes and strategic decision-making in a global environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support the planning and coordination of management meetings, workshops, town halls, and leadership events
- Create engaging presentations, reports, and communication materials for stakeholders across the organization
- Maintain and develop internal communication channels such as newsletters and SharePoint content
- Assist with research, benchmarking, analysis, and coordination of strategic projects and improvement initiatives
- Track actions, milestones, and deliverables while supporting workshop preparation and follow-up activities
What You Bring
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Administration, Communication, Management, Economics, International Business, or a related field
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with excellent PowerPoint capabilities and attention to detail
- Analytical mindset with the ability to structure and present complex information clearly
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in parallel in a structured and organized way
- Fluent in English; Danish is an advantage
- Experience with Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint) or prior internships/project work is beneficial

The Equipment Business Improvement & Strategic Projects team focuses on driving strategic initiatives and supporting management activities across the global Equipment organization. The team works closely with leaders and subject matter experts from different functions and regions to improve processes, strengthen collaboration, and enhance organizational transparency.
