CHANGE Lingerie is a successful Danish-owned company with a strong international retail network. We manage our entire value chain—from design and production to retail—and work every day to deliver lingerie of high quality and a unique fit to women worldwide.

We are currently looking for a creative and motivated Design Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Farum. This is an unpaid internship tailored for students who want hands-on experience in the fashion and lingerie industry. We do, however, offer free participation in our Company Lunch Plan and cover travel expenses throughout the internship period.

The internship period is a minimum of 3 months or according to your educational program.

You are:

• Independent, diligent, and enthusiastic
• Passionate about lingerie, fashion, and design
• Experienced in Adobe Illustrator (Photoshop and InDesign are a plus)
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn
• Comfortable working across multiple tasks and projects

Responsibilities

• Assisting with design development using Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
  (e.g. updating style sketches, preparing collection overviews, editing prints)
• Researching imagery and inspirations for upcoming collections
• Supporting the team in preparation of collection meetings and fittings
• Helping with day-to-day tasks to keep the design process running smoothly
• Assisting in maintaining the organization and tidiness of the design studio
• Creating color charts and preparing print instructions
