We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Student Assistant to support our Enterprise Architecture and IT governance activities, starting as soon as possible. The position offers up to 20 hours per week and provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a corporate IT environment.

Areas of Responsibility

• Coordinating and following up on activities related to the IT Board process incl. IT project portfolio updates.
• Supporting IT contract administration and tracking
• Managing Veeva user creation requests
• Maintaining and updating the Pre-Analysis Overview
• Coordinating and administering internal surveys
• Assisting with reporting, documentation, and stakeholder communication
• Maintaining and developing our IT Project Model Materiale
• Coordinating Training activities

What We Are Looking For

• A student currently pursuing a degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong planning and coordination skills
• Structured and service-minded approach
• Comfortable working with data, documentation, and process management
• Strong English communication skills
  

This role offers broad exposure to enterprise processes, governance activities, and collaboration with stakeholders across the organization.
