Student Worker - GDPR & Data Privacy Support

Bring your structured mindset, attention to detail, and collaborative approach to help LEGO Education strengthen its GDPR and data privacy practices across teams and processes.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support GDPR and data privacy activities across LEGO Education.
  • Maintain and update GDPR-related documentation, records, and tools using
  • Excel, SharePoint, and AI-supported solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, validate, and update data privacy
  • information.
  • Support data clean-up initiatives and improve the quality and structure of
  • privacy-related data.
  • Assist in preparing and delivering training materials and awareness activities
  • for colleagues.
  • Help review and update data privacy procedures, guidelines, and best
  • practices.
  • Support reporting and light analysis to track progress, identify gaps, and
  • improve compliance processes.
  • Contribute ideas to improve and simplify the way we work with data privacy
  • and governance.
  • Support on ad hoc coordination and data analysis tasks within operations

has been at the forefront of building experiences that merge digital and physical play.

Today, we have built on this legacy through recent launches of LEGO Education
Science and Computer Science & AI, built for hands on learning.
As a Student Worker for GDPR & Data Privacy Support within Operations, you will work closely with the Head of Operations and stakeholders across LEGO Education.

You will help maintain and improve our privacy frameworks, support training efforts, and ensure that our documentation, data, and processes remain accurate and up to date.
This position offers a unique opportunity to gain practical experience in data privacy, stakeholder management, process improvement, and the application of digital and AI-enabled tools in a business environment.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You are enrolled in a university degree and have completed at least your
  • second year of bachelor's studies.
  • You are interested in data privacy, governance, compliance, business
  • operations, or related areas.
  • You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with data and
  • documentation.
  • Experience with or interest in Excel, SharePoint, and AI-supported
  • productivity tools.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with stakeholders.
  • Curious, proactive, and eager to learn new topics and processes.
  • Previous GDPR experience is not required; learning on the job is expected and supported.

You have a minimum of one year remaining before graduation.

  • You are able to work approximately 10 hours per week, primarily from our office in Billund.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

What success looks like
Within your first months in the role, you will have contributed to:

  • Improved quality and structure of GDPR-related data and documentation.
  • Updated and organized privacy tools and repositories.
  • Increased awareness of data privacy processes through training and
  • stakeholder engagement.
  • Stronger and more consistent GDPR governance across LEGO Education.
