Therefore, we are looking for a Student Worker to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Student Worker in Security, you will support the department with a variety of tasks across risk management, physical security and crisis management.

In this role, you will work closely with experienced specialists and gain practical experience with how risk and security are managed in an international organization.

You will become part of a small Security department with six colleagues, where we work closely together and value an open and supportive way of working. We share knowledge, help each other when needed, and aim to create a good environment for both collaboration and learning.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Collecting, structuring and analyzing data related to Enterprise Risk Management.
• Supporting security risk assessments and helping prepare relevant information and documentation.
• Participating in the planning and preparation of crisis management exercises.
• Supporting administrative tasks related to security systems, including access control, CCTV and burglar alarm systems.
• Assisting with administrative tasks within Travel Security and Physical Security.
• Supporting background checks and Security Clearance process.
• Supporting the team with other day-to-day tasks within Security.

The practicalities: Working hours are around 15 hours per week, depending on task load and priorities. Working hours are flexible and will be adapted to fit your academic schedule, as we understand that your education remains your top priority.

• Security Risk management
• Enterprise Risk Management Crisis

Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague with the following qualifications:

• Have an interest in risk management, security and data analysis.
• Are comfortable collecting, structuring and working with data.
• Can work independently on assigned tasks after receiving guidance or instructions.
• Have a structured approach to your work and can manage several tasks at the same time.

You do not need to have experience within all areas of the role. What matters most is your willingness to learn, your ability to work in a structured way and your interest in developing your skills within Security.

You take responsibility for your tasks, work independently when given guidance, and are comfortable managing different assignments at the same time. • That you have as a minimum stayed within NATO/EU/MISWG countries for the last 7 years only interrupted by short stays abroad, and
