About the Role
We're looking for a motivated student assistant to join our team and focus on outbound customer outreach.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact between our company and potential customers, reaching out by phone, qualifying interest, and setting the stage for our sales team to take over.

This is a great opportunity for a student who's comfortable talking to strangers and wants hands-on experience in sales and communication, and maybe even have tried it before.

The job is expected to be up to 14 hours per week.

What You will Do

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lead lists
• Introduce AET and afterwards try to understand customer challenges
• Log call outcomes, notes, and lead status accurately in our IT system
• Schedule follow-up calls of qualified leads to the sales team
• Handle objections professionally and know when to transfer the call to an experienced person
• Meet weekly call volume and qualified-lead targets
• Continuously refine your pitch based on feedback and call outcomes

What We are Looking For

• Comfortable speaking on the phone, including with people you've never met
• Clear, confident, and friendly communication style
• Resilient: comfortable hearing "no" and moving on to the next call
• Organised and reliable with follow-up and note-taking
• Fluent in English, German, French, Danish or similar, additional languages a plus
• Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, or customer service is a bonus, not required

Nice to Have

• Experience with CRM and/or marketing automation tools
• Interest in sales, marketing, or business development as a career path
