Are you a curious and analytical student with an interest in data, business development, and process improvement? Do you enjoy turning data into insights, structuring complex problems, and collaborating with different stakeholders? If so, this opportunity could be a great fit for you.
We are looking for a student worker to support our team with data analysis, KPI development, reporting, and business improvement initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with real business challenges and contribute to strategic and operational initiatives across Everllence.

You will play an important role in:
Data Analysis & Business Intelligence

• Analyse data and prepare reporting to support business decisions
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards and performance reporting
• Work with Excel and Power BI to structure and visualize data
• Identify trends, gaps and opportunities for improvement
• Support the development of data-driven business cases and recommendations

Business & Process Improvement

• Support process optimization and governance initiatives
• Coordinate reporting, follow-up and action tracking across stakeholders
• Contribute to Global Strategic Forecasting and other strategic projects
• Support the development and continuous improvement of digital tools and processes

We imagine that you:

• Are in the final stages of your Bachelor's or have recently embarked on your Master's Degree in a business, engineering, economics, data or related field
• Have a strong interest in data analysis, business development and process improvement
• Have an analytical and structured approach to problem solving
• Are skilled in Excel and ideally have experience with Power BI
• Enjoy working with different stakeholders and communicating complex topics in a simple way
• Are confident working independently and taking ownership of tasks
• Are curious, proactive and eager to learn

On daily basis, you will become an active and important part of the Licence Sales and Service team that serves our licensees in Asia. Today, the team consists of 22 people, who work together closely with Everllence’s licensees and internal departments. We are a team that values teamwork and collaboration. We offer exciting and varied job tasks in a department with a large contact area with customers and other stakeholders, both internally and externally especially in Asia.
