Are you passionate about technology and eager to grow in the field of IT business analysis?
At DICEUS, we’re inviting motivated individuals to join us as Intern Business Analysts and take their first steps in the world of software delivery and product development.
This internship is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience working with enterprise-level solutions for the insurance industry, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain insights into Agile methodologies, requirements gathering, and project coordination. You’ll work closely with experienced PMs, BAs, and development teams to see how real tech projects are managed and delivered.
What You’ll Be Learning:
- Basics of business analysis: how to collect, document, and analyze business and technical requirements
- Fundamentals of project management: timelines, planning, risk and scope management
- How to collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders
- Preparing documentation: user stories, specifications, project reports, presentations
- Practical use of project management tools like Jira, Confluence, and Trello
- Participating in meetings (daily stand-ups, planning, demos) and learning team communication and coordination
- Understanding the software development lifecycle (SDLC) in practice
What We Expect From You:
- Basic understanding of software development processes
- Strong communication and analytical thinking skills
- Interest in project coordination, business communication, and/or IT consulting
- Responsibility, curiosity, attention to detail, and motivation to grow
- English — at least intermediate level for reading documentation and team communication
