Would you like to gain practical experience while studying and become part of a global organization?

As a Student Assistant in our International team, you will support the daily administration and maintenance of our key collaboration platform.

Your work will help ensure that colleagues and franchise partners worldwide have access to accurate information, up-to-date documentation, and the tools they need to succeed.

You will work from our HQ in Strandgade (København K), and report directly to our Managing Director IMEA.

What you do

• Support Share Point user administration, including user creation and access management.
• Maintain SharePoint site structures and support requests for new collaboration spaces.
• Assist colleagues and franchise partners with platform access and usage.
• Keep organizational information, team pages, and operational data up to date.
• Publish and maintain our global Franchise Manuals based on input from stakeholders across the business.
• Support improvements to documentation, knowledge sharing, and collaboration platforms.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvement initiatives.

Who are you

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant higher education programme.
• Can work approximately 10 hours per week.
• Have an interest in IT administration, digital tools, and process optimization.
• You are comfortable using Microsoft 365 applications, particularly SharePoint.
• You are eager to learn new systems such as ServiceNow.
• Have a structured approach to work and a strong eye for detail.
• Enjoy helping others and collaborating with stakeholders in an international environment.
• Thrive in a dynamic workplace where no two days are the same.

Experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms is a plus, but not a requirement.
