This is a role for someone who wants real ownership over how a space-economy accelerator markets itself and finds its next generation of founders. We're looking for a Marketing and AI Officer to become our technology spearhead, mapping workflows, spotting automation opportunities, and helping teams across our organisation work smarter with AI.

The Job – What you will be doing

• Building automated content pipelines that let us post more frequently and consistently on LinkedIn.
• Mapping workflows across marketing, outreach, and other activities, identifying repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
• Setting up automated onboarding journeys and segmented email campaigns to different audiences.
• Exploring agentic tools that monitor news outlets, LinkedIn, and the wider ecosystem for emerging startups and funding signals in space and space-adjacent sectors.
• Being curious about how our digital tools can integrate better with each other to surface richer signals.
• Being the go-to person for AI, sharing your knowledge internally through lunch and learns, producing practical AI solutions for team members.

Our expectations of you – What we are looking for

• You are studying entrepreneurship, innovation, or a related field, and you have a genuine interest in the new space economy.
• You are comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT or Claude in your daily work, but you know when they are being weird and when to trust your own judgment instead.
• You are curious about AI agents, automation, and workflow design, and excited to experiment with tools like n8n or OpenClaw.
• You are proactive, organised and able to prioritise, and you are just as happy building a tool as writing a newsletter.
• Some experience with LinkedIn, email tools, analytics or no-code automation platforms is a plus,but not required if you like figuring things out.

Salary and appointment terms
The appointment will be based on the collective agreement with the Danish Confederation of Professional Associations (AC). This is a flexible part-time job, fifteen to twenty hours a week, from our office at DTU Lyngby.

Start date is 1 December 2026.
