Then join Global Packaging Innovation as a Student Assistant and contribute to making packaging data, documentation, and knowledge more structured, accessible, and reusable across the organization. You will become part of a team that develops, qualifies, and implements packaging solutions across the Novonesis packaging portfolio, balancing product protection, operational needs, sustainability ambitions, and regulatory requirements.

The Global Packaging Innovation team combines strong technical expertise with a collaborative and pragmatic way of working. In this role, you will work closely with packaging specialists and gain valuable experience within data management, documentation, knowledge sharing, and packaging innovation.

The role & your impact
As our Student Assistant, you will play an important role in strengthening and maintaining the team's packaging information foundation. You will help ensure that data and documentation are accurate, structured, and readily available for colleagues across Novonesis.

In this role, you'll make an impact by

  • Updating and maintaining packaging data records, including quality checks and identification of missing or inconsistent information.
  • Collecting, organizing, and maintaining technical packaging documentation and source materials.
  • Tracking missing documentation and maintaining overview systems to ensure documentation remains current.
  • Developing and maintaining Global Packaging Innovation's packaging knowledge base in SharePoint.
  • Collaborating with packaging specialists to improve information quality, accessibility, and reusability across the organization.

What you will need to be successful
We imagine that you are currently pursuing a relevant higher education and are motivated by creating structure, maintaining high data quality, and supporting efficient knowledge sharing.

To succeed in this role, you bring

  • Experience working systematically and accurately with structured information and larger datasets.
  • Good working knowledge of Excel or similar tools used for data management and maintenance.
  • Professional written and spoken English.
  • An interest in packaging materials, technical documentation, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with SharePoint, document management, metadata, classification, or data cleaning is considered an advantage.

  • Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining high information quality and traceability.
  • Proactive and comfortable following up on incomplete or missing information.
  • Collaborative and confident engaging with specialists and stakeholders across functions.

The position is approximately 16 hours per week, for example two full working days, with scheduling agreed around your studies. The role is based in Lyngby and is primarily office-based due to the close collaboration with the Global Packaging Innovation team.
