Student Assistant – Digital Employee Experience & Adoption

Do you want to help drive digital employee experience and adopt new digital solutions across a large international organization? Are you a strong communicator who can translate complex IT concepts into clear, actionable messages? As a Student Assistant in Group IT at Everllence, you will play a key role in supporting our IT workplace by ensuring employees understand, engage with, and successfully adopt new initiatives.
In this position, you will support both UI/UX and adoption activities within IT workplace, ensuring that IT initiatives are introduced in a way that is understandable, relevant, and easy for colleagues to embrace.
You will play an important role in:
- Providing user support related to our company extranet, including guiding users in navigating the platform, and helping drive adoption through clear and timely assistance.
- Supporting adoption efforts for IT workplace projects by creating clear guidance, communication materials, and user-oriented documentation.
- Contributing to UI/UX tasks by supporting interface improvements, gathering user feedback, and helping enhance the overall user experience of digital solutions.
- Supporting design activities by ensuring workplace solutions align with design guidelines and maintaining consistency across platforms
We imagine that you
- You are at least in your second semester of your study and can work approximately 16 hours per week.
- Are currently pursuing a relevant degree within IT, Digitalization, Communication or Design, with an interest in digital employee experience and user adoption.
- Work independently, quickly grasp new topics, and communicate clearly with specialists and stakeholders.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Danish and German are an advantage.
- Are comfortable working with Microsoft Office 365, and experience with SharePoint Online and Figma is a plus.

- You will work in our office in Sydhavn two days per week, with flexibility during exam periods.
