Your role in our team
At Terma, we offer multiple motivating positions in various departments within our System Engineering organization. As a System Engineering intern in Integrated Air and Missile Defense, you will assist in establishing overviews of complex systems of systems by coordinating between the technical disciplines and handling the system requirement and design descriptions. Through active contribution to projects, you will apply your theoretical knowledge in practice and contribute to meaningful work in a professional engineering environment, while growing alongside other motivated interns and students as part of our internal talent pipeline.

As part of our Integrated Air and Missile Defense department, you will work closely with system engineers and project teams on ongoing development projects. You will gain insight into how complex systems are specified, designed, integrated, and managed across disciplines such as software, electrical, and mechanical engineering.

How you will make a meaningful contribution
Your key responsibilities include:

• Supporting system engineers in establishing and maintaining overviews of complex systems of systems
• Coordinating across technical disciplines to ensure alignment between system requirements, design, and implementation
• Supporting the handling and documentation of system requirements and design descriptions
• Collaborating with project teams and stakeholders to support progress and knowledge sharing

• Electrical Engineering
• Mechanical Engineering
• Software Engineering
