About the role
We are looking for an Intern to join our Mechanical or E&I department in Kalundborg. As a team, we contribute to the design and execution of mechanical or electrical solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturing facilities.

This internship provides a unique opportunity to apply your academic knowledge in practice while working alongside experienced engineers on real-life projects within the pharmaceutical industry. You will gain hands-on experience across several project phases and develop valuable insights into mechanical engineering in a highly regulated environment.

To be eligible for this internship, you must be enrolled in a relevant study programme at University College Absalon, Campus Kalundborg.

Kindly note that this internship must be completed as an official part of your study programme.

How you might spend your days
As an Intern in Mechanical or E&I, you'll be:

• Supporting specification and dimensioning of piping or wires, components and equipment
• Participating in mechanical or E&I design activities in both basic and detailed design
• Assisting during construction and installation activities
• Supporting inspections and supervision of suppliers and contractors
• Assisting with commissioning, testing and qualification of mechanical equipment

• You are currently enrolled in a relevant engineering programme at University College Absalon, Campus Kalundborg
• Your internship is an official and approved part of your study programme
• You are studying Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Biotechnology or a related technical discipline
• You are proficient in written and spoken English
• You are familiar with standard digital tools such as Microsoft Word and Excel
