In the role of Sales Support Assistant in the Nordic Sales team, you will contribute to our purpose of Bringing People Closer. You will support our sales colleagues with administration, customer and CRM data, product samples, and sales-related coordination.

The Team you will be part of:
You will join GN Audio’s Nordic Sales team, supporting the commercial activities that bring our Jabra solutions to customers and resellers across the region.

We work closely across sales and the wider organisation to deliver quality customer experiences. The team values collaboration, ownership, curiosity, and a positive approach to solving everyday challenges.

Your contribution is appreciated, and you will:

• Support sales colleagues with administration, data entry, document preparation, and record-keeping
• Maintain customer information and sales activities in the CRM system and prepare relevant reports
• Prepare, label, document, and distribute product samples to potential customers
• Support the preparation of special bids and other sales-related documentation
• Receive and redirect incoming leads, customer emails, and reseller inquiries
• Contribute to ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the Head of Nordic Sales
• Work an average of 20–25 hours per week, with working hours planned around your studies

To perform well in the role, we imagine that you:

• Bring an interest in sales and are ready to support colleagues across a range of tasks
• Are organised, attentive to detail, and able to manage priorities and deadlines
• Communicate clearly in writing and verbally and are proficient in English
• May have experience using CRM or database systems; this is beneficial but not required
• Work independently when needed and collaborate well with others in a changing environment
