The Role & Your Impact
As a Student Assistant, you will support financial processes and strategic decision-making across the business. You will work closely with finance
professionals and commercial stakeholders, contributing analyses and recommendations that help drive performance and value creation. You will also gain exposure to senior leadership and participate in projects with real business impact.
Your key responsibilities in this role:
- Support financial planning, forecasting, and business review processes.
- Build analyses and generate insights for performance management.
- Contribute to business cases and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and decision-support materials for leadership teams.
- Drive and support projects with meaningful business impact.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions and geographies.
What you'll need to be successful in this role
We are looking for a motivated and analytical student who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and collaborating with others.
Must-have qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- In the second half of your Bachelor's degree or the first half of your Master's degree.
- Strong analytical and structured approach to problem-solving.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Professional proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Ability to take ownership, work proactively, and engage with stakeholders.

Additional skills & interests we value
