About us

BVerda sits at the intersection of sustainability, cleantech and the future of work: we're a platform for young talent and sustainability experts to shape and build their career pathways in the real world while helping businesses find and place the right sustainability talent within the early-stage career space. We're a small, fast-moving team and this internship is a chance to shape a real product from earlier stages, not just shadow one.

The role

We're looking for 1-2 motivated, self-driven and well-organised students or recent graduates to join our Digital Product Architecture & Realisation team. They will work directly with us to help define, build, and test our product and have a genuine ownership over what they build with us.

What you'll do

• Help translate product ideas into working prototypes and features
• Write, test, and iterate on code as part of a small, hands-on team
• Support deployment and hosting of our product in the cloud
• Contribute to technical decisions as we shape the product's architecture
• Learn fast, ask questions, and grow with us

What we're looking for

• Currently studying or recently graduated (software engineering, computer science, or related field)
• Must-have: solid coding and testing skills (e.g. in JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js. Python or similar also fine) full-stack proficiency is not required
• Experienced or comfortable with SQL and relational databases (we use PostgreSQ)
• Desirable but optional if you have some experience with cloud hosting platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, or PaaS options like Render/Railway/Heroku)
• Genuinely curious, self-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Well-organised, able to manage your own time and priorities
• Excited by cleantech, sustainability and rethinking how people work and develop their careers

Practical details

• Location: mostly remote (possible in-person team-work within Denmark) 
• Duration: up to 6 months with possible extension, start date: as soon as possible
• Time commitment: part-time
