We are looking for a talented Student Assistant to join our HR team and help us build Eurowind's modern, AI-powered learning ecosystem. This is your chance to shape how 700+ colleagues across 16 countries learn, grow, and develop — from day one.

Your Role
You will join a small, ambitious L&D function within a larger, growing organization — meaning your work matters immediately and visibly.

Working closely with Karsten Frandsen, our HR Business Partner and L&D lead, you will be at the heart of Eurowind's digital learning transformation. You will move quickly, think creatively, and bring structure to a fast-paced environment. You will have real influence on how the platform is built, what it is used for, and how it is rolled out to the organization.

Your key tasks will include:

• Supporting the implementation and configuration of our new LMS platform.
• Developing and creating digital learning modules and learning paths using industry tools like Articulate 360.
• Testing digital learning tools, platforms, and AI integrations to ensure they work smoothly for our users.
• Building and maintaining LMS reporting dashboards and tracking systems.
• Promoting the LMS platform internally through engaging communications and user support.
• Collaborating with teams across Eurowind to understand learning needs and bring solutions to life.

You will get hands-on experience with the full spectrum of modern learning technology, from instructional design to analytics, and you will work in an environment that actively embraces AI and digital innovation.

Who We're Looking For
First and foremost, you are not afraid to dive into new tasks, take ownership of them, ask questions and bring your ideas to the table.

We are especially interested in students who combine IT with learning and organizational change — or something close to it — whether you are at bachelor's or master's level. Ultimately, your exact academic background matters less to us than finding the right match, so if you see yourself in the points below, we would love to hear from you.

• Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360 preferred) and/or LMS platforms.
• Constructive dialogue — you challenge ideas, including ours, to find the best way forward.
• Real curiosity about AI — you are keen to explore how it can improve learning.
• A strong eye for detail, paired with creative thinking.
• Clear communication skills — you can explain concepts and champion new tools.
• Fluency in English (Danish is a plus but not required).

What We Offer
We offer a flexible, student-friendly arrangement of around 10-15 hours a week — with room to adjust around exams and semester breaks. You will be based at our headquarters in Hobro, which is easily accessible by public transport. While on-site presence is our starting point, there is also the option to work remotely from home.
